Aker Solutions proposes NOK 3.60 ordinary dividend

Aker Solutions ASA (“Aker Solutions”) presents key information related to the proposed ordinary cash dividend to be paid by the company.

Aker Solutions has a total of 492,167,089 outstanding shares, of which 6,911,906 shares are held by Aker Solutions at the date hereof. Own shares will not be entitled to the dividend.  

The proposed distribution of the cash dividend is subject to approval by the AGM of Aker Solutions ASA to be held on 16 April 2026.

This information is published in accordance with the requirements of the Continuing Obligations.
