Mandatory notification of trade by primary insiders and close associates
January 29, 2026Eilert Leif Skog, a person closely associated to Hilde Karlsen, employee elected member of the Board of Directors of Aker Solutions ASA, today sold shares in Aker Solutions ASA on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
Skog sold 70 shares at a price of NOK 34.60 per share. Following the transaction, Skog does not hold any shares in Aker Solutions.
