Kjetel Digre

Kjetel Digre was named CEO in August 2020. The Norwegian has extensive experience from the oil and gas industry, most recently in Aker BP as SVP Operations and Asset Development. Digre also worked 25 years in Equinor where he held several positions within project execution and field development, including SVP and Project Director for the Johan Sverdrup project. He holds an MSc with distinction in Subsea and Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland. Digre held 133,290 company shares and had no share options as of Dec. 1st, 2023.

Idar Eikrem was named CFO in August 2020. The Norwegian has comprehensive experience from a variety of top management positions, including financial management and turn-around processes. Before joining Aker Solutions, he was executive vice president and CFO of Kvaerner. Eikrem’s experience also includes CFO roles at Aibel and Synenco Energy, and several positions in financial management for Norsk Hydro in Norway and Singapore. He is a state-authorized public accountant and holds an MSc in economics and business administration from the Norwegian School of Economics in Bergen, Norway. As of Dec. 1st, 2023, Eikrem held, directly and through a privately owned company, 338,799 company shares and had no share options.
Jo Kjetil Krabbe

Jo Kjetil Krabbe was appointed head of the Power Solutions business in February 2023. The Norwegian has more than 30 years of leadership experience with Aker Solutions, most recently as SVP of our subsea business in APAC, and in 2022 as head of Performance. Krabbe has 10 years of expat experience in Eastern Europe, Houston, Brazil and Malaysia, during which he combined culture, change management and business. He holds a degree in Production Technology and Leadership from Oslo University College (now Oslo Metropolitan University).

Signy Elde Vefring was appointed head of Strategy & Technology in June 2024, following her role as EVP DigiTech since April 2023. Before that, she led Performance & Transformation for two years. A Norwegian national, she previously served as VP Digitalization at Aker BP where she led the company’s digitalization drive. Vefring’s experience also includes several years in the global management consulting firm, Boston Consulting Group. She holds an MSc in industrial economics and technology management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

Henrik Inadomi was appointed head of New Energies in April 2024 after serving as interim since November 2023. He joined the executive management team in August 2021 as EVP Legal & Safeguarding. The Norwegian has extensive experience in petroleum and energy law and projects. Before joining Aker Solutions, Inadomi was SVP Corporate Support and General Counsel in Kvaerner, managing the legal and compliance function and supporting business development, tenders, projects, and other strategic and operational tasks. Inadomi’s experience includes general counsel and company secretary in Qatar Aluminium Limited and legal counsel in Norsk Hydro. He graduated from the University of Oslo in 2001, holds a PhD in law, and a LL.M. in international economic and business law from the Kyushu University, Japan. Inadomi held 330,793 company shares and had no share options as of Dec. 1st, 2023.

Kjetil Kristiansen was appointed Head of People & Transformation in April 2023 after having led People and Organization since August 2020. The Norwegian has more than 20 years of HR experience from different Aker companies, most recently as head of HR in Aker BP. He also worked in Aker ASA developing boards of directors and management teams across the Aker group, and in Aker Solutions as head of HR for the subsea business area. Kristiansen holds a degree in Clinical Psychology in addition to a BSc in Philosophy and Intellectual History from the University of Oslo, Norway. Kristiansen held 29,913 company shares and had no share options as of Dec. 31st, 2022.

Guro Rausand was appointed head of Safeguarding in June 2024. She joined from OneSubsea, where she had led major projects since October 2023. Before that, Guro spent 15 years with Aker Solutions, managing subsea projects worldwide. Rausand holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Norway, including 3 years at Institut Nationale des Science Appliquees (INSA) in Toulouse, France.

Sturla Magnus was appointed head of Newbuild in April 2023 after having guided the Topside & Facilities business since November 2020. The Norwegian has extensive oil and gas experience, having held corporate management roles at Skanska, Kvaerner, Aker Marine Contractors and AF Gruppen. He holds an MSc in engineering from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences. Magnus held 206,167 company shares and had no share options as of Dec. 1st, 2023.
